Free Coaching Consultation
Schedule a 30-minute virtual appointment to see if ADHD Coaching is right for you.

If you are curious about ADHD coaching, this call is a judgment-free conversation where you can learn more and decide if we are a good fit.

Here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect from a free ADHD coaching consultation:

Your Goals & Challenges: This free consultation is a chance for you to describe what you would like to work on. I’ll ask you a few questions to better understand what kind of support you are looking for.

Share My Unique Approach: I’ll share a little about my evidence-based coaching approach, what a typical coaching session looks like, and how I partner with neurodivergent clients to build customized skills and strategies for your specific needs.

Q & A: Ask me your questions.

Next Steps: We will determine if we are a good fit to work together by the end of our meeting. I only move forward with clients when I'm confident we can achieve a positive outcome together and establish next steps.

Scheduling: Please note my services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Privacy Policy: Our consultation appointment is confidential and will not be recorded on Zoom.

"Before coaching, I didn’t have strategies or know how to plan and set goals to prepare for the future.
I would self-sabotage.

Coaching helped me with my confidence and my ability to take on new goals and get things done. Also, with being able to recognize things that are a struggle for me and finding my strengths…

I’m more compassionate and forgiving of myself now."
